Private Label Home Textiles, Made for Your Brand
This page is for retailers, e-commerce sellers, distributors, and importers who want to sell home textiles under their own brand. Cornovo Home is a China-based home textile manufacturer producing throw blankets, faux fur rugs, bedding sets, throw pillows, bath textiles, and curtains for private label programs — your labels, your colors, your packaging. For the full walkthrough, see our step-by-step guide to how OEM and private label home textile programs work.
OEM, ODM, or private label: which model fits your program?
The three terms describe who supplies the design — OEM gives the most control, ODM shortens development from a proven base, and private label is the fastest route where our catalog designs match your assortment.
| Model | What it means | You supply | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| OEM | Manufacturing to your exact specification | Tech pack, artwork, materials, packaging files | Brands with in-house design |
| ODM | Adapting an existing design for your brand | Brand identity and required changes; we propose the base | Buyers wanting a faster launch |
| Private label | Our wholesale designs under your branding | Label, color, and packaging choices | Retailers wanting our catalog look with their brand |
How the private label process works
Six steps, one discipline: nothing moves to bulk production without your written sign-off on the sealed sample.
- Inquiry and spec sheet. Target products, sizes, materials, colors, quantities, and destination market — complete specs produce comparable quotations.
- Color and material approval. Lab dips or strike-offs confirm colorways before bulk dyeing.
- Pre-production sample. A full prototype in your labels and packaging, approved in writing.
- Bulk production. Production runs against the approved sample; post-approval changes need a written change order.
- Inspection. In-line checks plus pre-shipment inspection against the sealed sample and the written spec.
- Packing and shipment. Retail-ready packing per the approved packing list, with export documentation for the agreed Incoterm.

FAQ
What is the difference between OEM, ODM, and private label?
OEM means we manufacture your design to your spec; ODM means we adapt one of our designs for your brand; private label means our wholesale products ship under your branding.
Can you produce my own designs?
Yes, under the OEM model — send a complete tech pack with construction, measurements, materials, colorways, and packaging files. Design ownership stays with you, confirmed in writing before development.
Can I put my logo on the product and the packaging?
Yes. Woven logo labels, printed care labels, hang tags, belly bands, and custom packing artwork are standard private label elements; you supply the artwork files.
Do you provide test reports?
Test reports are available on request — name the tests you need on the inquiry (pilling, colorfastness, fiber content, shrinkage). No certification is claimed without a covering certificate.
Can I mix colors or sizes in one order?
Mixing rules are confirmed per order: which colorways and sizes can share a run and a carton, and how mixed cartons are labeled for inspection.
Request a quote: specs to confirm
Send your inquiry with the items below named; a quotation that cannot answer them is not comparable with one that can.
- Product type: throw blanket, rug, bedding set, cushion cover, curtain — and the program it serves.
- Construction and materials: fiber content, weave or pile, fabric weight (GSM) where applicable.
- Sizes and size ladder for your market, as finished dimensions.
- Colorways: number of colors, with swatches or Pantone numbers.
- Branding: label types (woven logo, printed care), hang tag and packaging artwork.
- Order structure: target quantity, mixable colors or sizes, destination market.
- Commercial terms: preferred Incoterm, inspection requirements, delivery window.
Send the checklist through our contact or RFQ form for a quotation built on your exact specs.
