Cornovo Home supplies faux fur rugs, sheepskin rugs, pillows, throws, blankets, bags, home accessories, pet accessories, Christmas decor and stuffed animals for wholesale and B2B buyers. Because most orders are made to specification, return and replacement terms are confirmed before production.

Wholesale Order Returns

For bulk, OEM, private label and custom packaging orders, returns are accepted only when products arrive damaged, materially different from the approved sample, or inconsistent with the confirmed purchase order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please contact our sourcing team within 7 days of delivery with photos, carton labels, order details and a clear description of the issue. After review, we may arrange replacement, repair, credit or another agreed solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom size, custom color, private label, printed packaging, clearance and production-approved items cannot be returned for buyer preference, market changes, slow sales or incorrect customer forecasting.

Before Shipping

To reduce risk, we recommend confirming samples, material, color, size, label, carton mark and packaging details before mass production and export shipment.
