Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Ask for a representative sample of the product or construction you are considering. Sample availability, charges, preparation time and delivery arrangements need to be confirmed before ordering.
Can you prepare packaging for online retail or Amazon FBA?
Share your current packaging, barcode, labelling and destination requirements. Any proposed packing method or test requirement needs to be reviewed for your order; platform acceptance or test compliance is not assumed.
How long will my order take?

What is your MOQ for wholesale sheepskin rugs?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces. Mixed colors and sizes within one order can be discussed — send your assortment plan and we will confirm in the quotation.
Can you customize size, color, shape and logo?
Yes. We work on OEM/ODM basis: custom size, color (lab-dip or reference matching), shape, logo labels, embroidery and print. All details are fixed through an approved physical sample before bulk production.
What are your sample and production lead times?
Sampling usually takes about 7 days. Bulk production lead time is confirmed in your quotation based on quantity, customization level and season — share your target launch date and we will plan backwards from it.
Do you support private label and retail-ready packaging?
Yes. Logo labels, hangtags, barcode placement, band, card, box and polybag packing, plus mixed-SKU assortments for retail programs.
