Step 1 – Send your inquiry
Tell us the product or category and style links you like; quantity per style / color / size; destination country or port and target delivery date (important for Christmas items); and any private label needs (logo, labels, hangtags, packaging). Send it through the contact page.

Step 2 – Quotation
We prepare a quotation based on your brief. Price, price terms and validity are stated in the quotation (to confirm per order). We confirm size, material, color, label and packaging with you first so quotes are comparable.
Step 3 – Sample
Samples are not free: the sample cost and the sample shipping cost are paid by the customer. You approve size, color, material and hand feel, weight, stitching, labels and packaging (see our sample approval checklist). Sample lead time: to confirm.
Step 4 – Order confirmation
We confirm the agreed specification, quantity by variant, packaging, delivery time and payment terms in writing. Payment methods are listed on our billing policy page; deposit/balance terms: to confirm. Minimum order is 100 pieces. See our return policy.
Step 5 – Production and inspection
Bulk production follows the approved sample. Lead time is 30 days. Checks before shipment are described on our quality control page.
